2. What is the maximum amount of items I can send?
You can send as much as you want , items that individually weigh up to 40kg.
3. How do I prepare my items?
Your goods can be prepared by using a suitcase or secure box. We advise that you prepare your goods appropriately so as to avoid any tears and spillage of goods. We also advise against nylon material bags as they tear easily during transportation.
4. How do I send my items?
You can send your items to us via Nova Postha Office in Odessa, Ukraine.
5. How will my items be sent?
Your items will be sent securely to Lagos, Nigeria via our sea shipping method.
6. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Your packages will arrive in Lagos, Nigeria, 6 to 7 weeks from the departure date.
7. Can I send packages from Nigeria to Ukraine?
Yes, packages can be sent from Lagos to Ukraine. Contact our customer support to find out more.
8. What if I miss the deadline to send my items?
As this service is only provided within a set period of time we will be unable to send your packages to Nigeria.
9. What if I am not home when my package arrives?
We advise that our customers have a proxy that can receive and if necessary pay for their goods upon arrival. If we cannot reach you or the proxy, your packages will be sent back to our company in Lagos Nigeria, where you will have to come and pick it up by yourself.
10. How will my items be delivered to me?
We will deliver your items directly to the address given to us by the customer, however this service is only available at this time to customers who will receive their packages in Lagos state. Packages sent to other states can be received at the corresponding airport or bus stop indicated by the customer.
11. How can I track my package?
We will provide you with all necessary information via text and emails as your packages arrives at each stage of transportation until delivery.
12. How do I make sure my package will not be mixed up with someone else’s?

13. What if my items have been damaged?
It is very rare that any baggage or package arrives damaged, however we have procedures and protocol in place to adequately handle all claims.
14. What if my package is seized?
If your packaged is seized by customs we will work with you as much as possible to retrieve your items, however if your package contains any items that are restricted by our company, you will not receive a refund from us and will have to deal with customs directly.
